We do not sell your information to third parties. We share it only with our delivery partners as needed to ship your order, and with analytics providers (Meta, TikTok, PostHog) in anonymized form to understand how our site is used.

Terms of Service

By placing an order on YahanWahan you confirm that the contact details and delivery address provided are accurate. We will call you on the number you provided to confirm your order before shipping.

All prices are in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) and include applicable taxes. Payment is collected in cash at the time of delivery.

We reserve the right to cancel an order if we cannot reach you to confirm, if the address is undeliverable, or if a product is out of stock.

Refund & Return Policy

Because we collect payment on delivery, you can refuse the package at the door if something looks wrong — no charge will be made.

If you discover a defect after delivery, contact us within 7 days at support@yahanwahan.com or via WhatsApp. We will arrange a replacement or refund based on the issue.

Returns due to change of mind may incur the cost of return shipping. We handle each case individually — please reach out and we will work it out with you.
